Job Description

  1. Assist in food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.

  2. Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring ingredients.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.

  4. Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.

  5. Follow instructions from Chef de Partie or Sous Chef during food preparation.

  6. Help in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils properly.

  7. Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards.

  8. Assist in stock rotation and minimizing food wastage.
