Prepare basic ingredients (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meats, preparing sauces) as instructed.
Cook and plate dishes in accordance with recipes, portion, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen and food storage areas.
Ensure all mise en place (preparation) is completed before service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Properly store ingredients and ensure freshness and quality of products.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
Assist in stock rotation and inventory control.
Support team members during busy service hours.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
