Job Description

  1. सिनियर सेफहरूको निर्देशनमा खाना तयारी र पकाउने कार्यमा सहायता गर्नु।

  2. भान्छाको सरसफाई र स्वच्छता कायम राख्नु।

  3. तोकिएको रेसिपी र प्रक्रियाहरू पालना गर्नु।

  4. खाना पकाउन आवश्यक सामग्री (काट्ने, छील्ने, आदि) तयार गर्नु।

  5. खाद्य वस्तुहरू सहि रूपमा भण्डारण र लेबल गर्नु।

  6. खाद्य स्वच्छता र सुरक्षा मापदण्डहरू (HACCP) को पालना गर्नु।

  7. काम सकेपछि भान्छा उपकरण र कार्य स्थान सफा गर्नु।

  8. व्यस्त समयमा टिम सदस्यहरूलाई सहयोग पुर्‍याउनु।

  9. तालिमहरूमा सहभागी हुनु र भान्छाको नियमअनुसार काम गर्नु।
