Job Description

  1. Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls to introduce company services.

  2. Present compelling sales pitches to clients, highlighting the value of our job posting and job matching services.

  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.

  4. Regularly follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities.

  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for any enquiries or issues.

  6. Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and upselling services to clients.

  7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

  8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market insights to the management team.

  9. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support organizational goals.
