Job Description
  1. Client Support: Assist clients by responding to queries, resolving complaints, and providing necessary information in a timely and professional manner.

  2. Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, emails, and chat inquiries.

  3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and issues in the company’s CRM system.

  4. Follow-up: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.

  5. Issue Resolution: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and escalate matters to higher management when necessary.

  6. Scheduling & Coordination: Help schedule meetings, product demos, and other client-facing activities.

  7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, trends, and issues for review by senior management.

  8. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

  9. Client Retention: Assist in initiatives aimed at client retention, improving satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.
