Job Description

  1. Check cleaning equipment condition.

  2. Coach Service team.

  3. Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite.

  4. Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.

  5. Handle complaints and feedback from clients.

  6. Handle reassignment of tasks when needed.

  7. Identify training needs for all cleaning staff.

  8. Implement work plans.

  9. Inspect work done by cleaners daily.

  10. Interact and build relationships with customers

  11. Duty Shift : 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 6pm to 2am
