Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment manually or using a dishwasher
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces
Dispose of kitchen waste and manage recycling as per guidelines
Ensure dishwashing and cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored
Clean and sanitize sinks, counters, and restrooms (if required)
Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations strictly
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning or prep work when needed
Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor
