Job Description

  1. भाँडाकुँडा माझ्ने: भाँडाकुँडा, चाकुचुली, र पकाउने उपकरणहरू प्रभावकारी रूपमा सफा र कीटाणुरहित गर्ने, पुन: प्रयोगको लागि तयार गर्ने।

  2. सफाई कार्यहरू: भान्सा र भोजन क्षेत्रको सफाई कायम राख्ने, फर्स मोप गर्ने, सतह पुछ्ने, र फोहोर उचित रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

  3. उपकरण मर्मत: डिशवाशर उपकरण सफा र मर्मत गर्ने तथा कुनै पनि समस्या वा मर्मत आवश्यकताको बारेमा सुपरभाइजरलाई जानकारी दिने।

  4. सामग्री व्यवस्थापन: सफा भाँडाकुँडा र भान्साका सामग्रीहरू तोकिएको स्थानमा व्यवस्थित र भण्डारण गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।

  5. स्वच्छता पालना: खाद्य सुरक्षा र स्वच्छता मापदण्डहरूको पालना गरी कर्मचारी र ग्राहकहरूको लागि सफा र सुरक्षित वातावरण सुनिश्चित गर्ने।


Job Description

  1. Dishwashing: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently, ensuring they are ready for reuse.

  2. Cleaning Tasks: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including mopping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately.

  3. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain dishwashing equipment and report any malfunctions or repair needs to the supervisor.

  4. Inventory Support: Assist in organizing and storing clean dishes and kitchen supplies in their designated places.

  5. Hygiene Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
