Preparing ingredients for Chinese dishes (cutting, washing, marinating, etc.)
Maintain hygiene while preparing ingredients and in the kitchen area
Cleaning work surfaces, kitchen tools, and appliances regularly
Assisting in stocking, storing, and organizing food supplies
Supporting chefs during food preparation and service time
Washing utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment
Following kitchen safety rules and guidelines
Helping in maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen
Note: Duty hours will be 10 hours.
