Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences.

  2. Handle Chinese cooking techniques such as stir-frying, steaming, deep-frying, and wok cooking with proper skills.

  3. Prepare sauces, marinades, ingredients, and ensure proper seasoning for authentic taste and presentation.

  4. Maintain food quality, portion control, and timely preparation during busy service hours.

  5. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the kitchen, equipment, and cooking area.

  6. Check ingredient freshness, manage stock, and ensure proper storage of food items.

  7. Follow food safety standards and coordinate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality Chinese cuisine.
