विभिन्न प्रकारका चाइनिज परिकारहरू (चाउमिन, फ्राइड राइस, मंचुरियन, मोमो आदि) पकाउने।
स्वाद, बनावट र गुणस्तरमा ध्यान दिने।
सामग्रीहरूको तयारी र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।
सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता पालन गर्ने।
अर्डर अनुसार समयमै खाना तयार गर्ने।
अन्य किचन स्टाफहरूसँग सहकार्य गर्ने।
किचन उपकरणहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने।
