  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका चाइनिज परिकारहरू स्वादिष्ट तथा गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने

  2. किचन टिमलाई व्यवस्थापन तथा निर्देशन गर्ने

  3. खाना बनाउँदा सरसफाइ र फुड सेफ्टी मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  4. नयाँ मेनु तथा परिकारको तयारीमा सहयोग गर्ने

  5. आवश्यक सामग्रीहरूको स्टक तथा गुणस्तर जाँच गर्ने

  6. ग्राहकको अर्डर अनुसार समयमै खाना तयार गर्ने

  7. किचनको दैनिक सञ्चालन प्रभावकारी रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  8. कुक तथा किचन स्टाफलाई ट्रेनिङ तथा सुपरभिजन गर्ने

  9. खाद्यान्नको सही प्रयोग गरी wastage कम गर्ने
