Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Cuisine at Namanta Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. The Chef De Cuisine will oversee the kitchen operations, plan and create menus, manage food preparation, maintain quality standards, and ensure kitchen efficiency. Additionally, the Chef De Cuisine will lead and train kitchen staff, manage inventory, and uphold sanitation regulations.

Qualifications 

  • Culinary skills, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation expertise
  • Leadership and Team Management abilities
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation regulations
  • Creativity in culinary creations and presentation
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
  • Culinary degree or certification is preferred
