Job Description

  1. Assisting in the food preparation process

  2. Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes

  3. Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish

  4. Assisting other Chefs

  5. Helping with deliveries and restocking

  6. Assisting with stock rotation

  7. Cleaning stations

  8. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

  9. Awareness of manual handling techniques

  10. Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety

  11. Experience with kitchen equipment

  12. Experience with dangerous equipment such as knives

  13. Competent level of spoken and written English

    Note: Multi cuisine knowledge

    Duty hours: 10AM-9PM
