  11. Assisting in the food preparation process

  12. Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes

  13. Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish

  14. Assisting other Chefs

  15. Helping with deliveries and restocking

  16. Assisting with stock rotation

  17. Cleaning stations

  18. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

  19. Awareness of manual handling techniques

  20. Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety

    NOTE: Duty Hours 7AM - 10PM
