Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to the restaurant’s menu, recipes, and quality standards.

  2. Ensure all breakfast items are fresh, properly cooked, well-presented, and served on time.

  3. Prepare and organize ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and other mise en place before service.

  4. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety throughout the kitchen.

  5. Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage while maintaining proper portion control.

  6. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and timely breakfast operations.

  7. Check stock levels, maintain proper storage of ingredients, and perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef or Management.

    Duty Hour: 10 hours

    Note: Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience abroad in a similar position.
