Job Description

  1. Pizza, Burger, Rolls तथा crispy/crunchy KFC style items तयार गर्ने र पकाउने

  2. विभिन्न fast food items को recipe, preparation तथा cooking process मा राम्रो ज्ञान राख्ने

  3. अर्डर अनुसार खाना समयमै तयार गर्ने र delivery/process time व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  4. खानाको स्वाद, गुणस्तर तथा presentation मा ध्यान दिने

  5. किचनलाई व्यवस्थित रूपमा सञ्चालन गर्ने र workflow maintain गर्ने

  6. खाद्य सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग तथा भण्डारण गर्ने

  7. किचनको hygiene तथा cleanliness कायम राख्ने

  8. अन्य kitchen staff लाई hygiene, taste, food quality तथा order timing सम्बन्धी guidance दिने

  9. kitchen equipment हरू सुरक्षित तथा सही रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने

  10. ग्राहकको demand अनुसार quality food service सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  11. stock check गर्ने तथा आवश्यक सामग्री अभाव भए जानकारी गराउने
