Job Description

  1. विभिन्न परिकारहरू (इन्डियन, कन्टिनेन्टल, चाइनिज आदि) तयार गर्ने र पकाउने

  2. मेनु अनुसार खाना योजना बनाउने र कार्यान्वयन गर्ने

  3. खानाको गुणस्तर, स्वाद र प्रस्तुतीकरण कायम राख्ने

  4. आवश्यक सामग्रीको तयारी (mise en place) सही तरिकाले गर्ने

  5. किचनको सरसफाइ तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  6. स्टक व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र आवश्यक सामग्रीको जानकारी दिने

  7. किचन उपकरणहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने

  8. किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरी प्रभावकारी रूपमा काम गर्ने

  9. किचन क्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  10. आवश्यकता अनुसार नयाँ परिकार विकासमा सहयोग गर्ने
