  1. खाना तयारीका लागि आवश्यक सामग्री तयार गर्ने

  2. तरकारी काट्ने, धुने तथा अन्य सामग्री तयारी गर्ने

  3. कुकलाई खाना पकाउने काममा सहयोग गर्ने

  4. भाँडाकुँडा धुने र व्यवस्थित राख्ने
