Job Description
विभिन्न प्रकारका खाना (नेपाली, भारतीय, तन्दुरी, कन्टिनेन्टल) बनाउन सक्षम हुनु।
किचनमा खाना गुणस्तरको पूर्ण नियन्त्रण राख्ने।
किचनमा अनुशासन कायम राख्ने।
मेनु सेटिङ र रेसिपी निर्माणमा सहयोग गर्ने।
खाना तयार गर्ने क्रममा सही पोर्शनिङ र प्रस्तुतिमा ध्यान दिने।
किचन सफाइ र हाइजिनको निगरानी गर्ने।
आवश्यक सामग्रीको स्टक र व्यवस्थापनमा ध्यान दिने।
किचन स्टाफसँग राम्रो समन्वय र तालमेल कायम राख्ने।
