Job Description
  1. Oversee overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning.

  2. Develop and design menus based on seasonal ingredients, dietary needs, and culinary trends.

  3. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining consistency and quality.

  4. Lead, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks effectively.

  5. Monitor food preparation processes to maintain freshness, quality, and safety.

  6. Manage inventory, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.

  7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  8. Innovate and improve recipes, presentation, and overall kitchen efficiency.
