Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverages based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system promptly
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and courteously
Familiarize yourself with menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information
Promote menu items, specials, and promotions to guests to maximize sales and enhance their dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards, including hand hygiene, glove usage, and proper handling of utensils and tableware
Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management
