Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages following standard recipes.

  2. Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, café area, and equipment.

  4. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  5. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and assist in restocking when needed.

  6. Assist in training new staff on barista skills and cashier operations.

  7. Handle orders through both in-person and digital platforms smoothly.

  8. Follow safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines to maintain café standards.

Note: Working hours are 10 hours per day: either 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, both shifts are applicable.
