Job Description

  1. Warmly greet and assist guests.

  2. Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs.

  3. Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.

  4. Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally.

  5. Handle room reservations in person and via phone.

  6. Ensure the accuracy of reservation details and payments.

  7. Confirm reservations and maintain rate knowledge.

  8. Collect payments accurately (cash, cards, electronic).

  9. Reconcile cash register daily.

  10. Manage petty cash and maintain records.

  11. Build positive guest relationships.

  12. Address and resolve guest issues.

  13. Escalate complex matters when needed.

  14. Maintain an organized front desk.

  15. Perform basic administrative tasks.

  16. Assist with billing and invoicing.
