As the face of our payment process, you’ll ensure guests have a smooth checkout experience. This role is key to providing a positive dining experience for every guest, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly, balancing at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Communicate effectively with the team, helping coordinate orders and payments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact courteously and professionally.
• Strong math and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer and point-of-sale systems.
