  6. उत्पादन वा सेवाहरूको बारेमा ग्राहक प्रश्नहरूको जवाफ दिने

  7. नगद दराज र बिक्री रसिदहरू मिलाउने

  8. उपकरणको साथ समस्याहरू रिपोर्ट गर्ने
