Job Description

  1. Process sales transactions

  2. Calculate the cost of products or services

  3. Accept payments

  4. Calculate and return change when required by the payment method

  5. Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change

  6. Answer customer questions about products or services

  7. Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts

  8. Report issues with equipment

  9. Work as a team to meet store sales goals

  10. Handle customer complains

  11. Process layaways, returns and exchanges

  12. Maintain clean and tidy checkout area

  13. Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise

  14. Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently

  15. Working Hour 2 pm to 10 pm
