  4. रसिदहरू, फिर्ताहरू, परिवर्तन, वा टिकटहरू जारी गर्ने।

  5. टिकटहरू र कुपनहरू रिडिम गर्ने।

  6. ग्राहक गुनासोहरू समाधान गर्ने, तिनीहरूलाई मार्गदर्शन गर्ने, र सान्दर्भिक जानकारी प्रदान गर्ने।

  7. पसलमा प्रवेश गर्दा वा बाहिर निस्कँदा ग्राहकहरूलाई अभिवादन गर्ने।

Job Description

  1. Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.

  2. Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.

  3. Collect payments whether in cash or credit.

  4. Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets.

  5. Redeem stamps and coupons.

  6. Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.

  7. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.

  8. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.

  9. Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

  10. Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.

Duty hour- 8am to 9pm
