Job Description

  1. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.

  2. Record and scan customer items accurately using the POS system.

  3. Process card and cash transactions with precision.

  4. Provide printed receipts to customers after each transaction.

  5. Refill receipt paper in the printer when needed.

  6. Maintain a balanced cash drawer throughout the shift.

  7. Organize and bag customer items responsibly.

  8. Keep the cashier station clean, stocked, and organized.

  9. Identify and resolve any customer complaints or transaction issues.

  10. Notify management about any system or customer-related problems.

    👉 Duty Hour: 5am to 7pm (shiftwise flexible total 8 hour duty)
