Job Description
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  2. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and track accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

  3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.

  4. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and valuations, coordinating with the procurement and sales teams to ensure accurate financial records.

  5. Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.

  6. Cash Flow Management: Manage daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs and that excess cash is invested appropriately.

  7. Audit & Internal Controls: Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

  8. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide financial analysis, reports, and recommendations to the management team to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
