Job Description

  1. Oversee daily operations of the canteen, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.

  2. Supervise and coordinate canteen staff, including cooks, servers, and cashiers.

  3. Monitor the quality, hygiene, and presentation of food served to customers.

  4. Manage the payment system, billing, and cash handling accurately.

  5. Maintain inventory, track stock levels, and place orders to avoid shortages.

  6. Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  7. Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in the canteen.

  8. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to improve efficiency and service quality.
