Job Description
  1. मेनु, विशेष आहार वा पोषण प्रतिबन्धहरू, र सेवा गरिने भागहरूको संख्या अनुसार खाना पकाउने

  2. सरसफाई र कार्यात्मक सञ्चालन सुनिश्चित गर्न ग्याली उपकरणहरू, भान्साका उपकरणहरू, र कार्य क्षेत्रहरू सफा गर्ने र निरीक्षण गर्ने

  3. दाल, भात, तरकारी, समोसा, म:म:, चाउमिन, थुक्पा, स्यान्डविच, चिनियाँ र कन्टिनेन्टल खाना पकाउने।

  4. खाना सफा, स्वादिलो र राम्रो प्रस्तुति सहित बनाउने सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  5. भान्साको सरसफाइ, सामग्री व्यवस्थापन र सुरक्षाको पालना गर्ने।

  6. मेनु तयार गर्न सहयोग गर्ने र नयाँ परिकार बनाउने सुझाव दिने।

    नोट: खाना र खाजा उपलब्ध छ।

    काम गर्ने समय: बिहान ६ बजे देखि ३ घण्टा सम्म।

    हप्तामा काम गर्ने दिन: ५ दिन।


  1. Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, and numbers of portions to be served.

  2. Clean and inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas in order to ensure cleanliness and functional operation.

  3. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including Nepali (daal, bhaat, tarkari), Indian, Chinese, Continental, and fast food items.

  4. Ensure quality, hygiene, and proper presentation of all food items.

  5. Manage kitchen ingredients, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety standards.

  6. Assist in menu planning and innovate with new recipes as needed.

    Note: Food and khaja is available.

    Working hours: 6 - 3 hours

    Working day in week: 5 day
