Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
विभिन्न प्रकारका केक, पेस्ट्री तथा डेसर्टहरू तयार र बेक गर्ने।
ग्राहकको आवश्यकता र design अनुसार केकको decoration तथा finishing गर्ने।
Frosting, icing, fondant, piping तथा अन्य cake-decorating techniques प्रयोग गर्ने।
केकको स्वाद, गुणस्तर, आकार तथा presentation मा एकरूपता कायम राख्ने।
केकका लागि आवश्यक ingredients, tools तथा equipment को उचित प्रयोग र भण्डारण गर्ने।
किचन तथा baking area मा सफाइ, hygiene र food safety standards कायम राख्ने।
Customer orders समयमै तयार गर्ने र Chef/Supervisor ले दिएको अन्य सम्बन्धित काम पूरा गर्ने।
