Job Description
कुखुरा सफा र स्वच्छ तरिकाले काट्ने र तयारी गर्ने।
हड्डी, छाला, पाखुरा, र मासुको उचित भागमा विभाजन गर्ने।
कामको क्रममा स्वच्छता, सफाइ र सुरक्षाका मापदण्ड पालन गर्ने।
काट्ने उपकरणहरू (छुरा, काट्ने बोर्ड आदि) राम्रोसँग सफा राख्ने र ह्यान्डल गर्ने।
दैनिक माग अनुसार कुखुराको मासु तयारी र स्टक व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।
फ्रिज वा चिस्यानयुक्त स्थानमा मासु सही तापक्रममा भण्डारण गर्ने।
ग्राहक वा किचनको माग अनुसार तौल र परिमाण मिलाएर मासु उपलब्ध गराउने।
कामको क्रममा समयमै र जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक कार्य सम्पन्न गर्ने।
