Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cut, trim, bone, and prepare various types of meat (chicken, beef, mutton, pork, etc.).

  2. Weigh, package, label, and price meat cuts for sale or use.

  3. Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment.

  4. Ensure proper storage and refrigeration of meat to maintain freshness.

  5. Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.

  6. Grind or slice meat using specialized machinery as required.

  7. Monitor inventory and report low stock or spoiled items.

  8. Take customer or kitchen orders and prepare meat accordingly.

  9. Dispose of waste and bones responsibly.

  10. Ensure quality control of all meat products.
