Job Description

  1. Prepare a variety of boba tea beverages including milk tea, fruit tea, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.

  2. Cook and prepare tapioca pearls (boba) and other toppings while maintaining proper texture and freshness.

  3. Operate beverage equipment such as sealers, blenders, and tea brewers safely and efficiently.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area, utensils, and equipment.

  5. Ensure proper measurement of ingredients to maintain consistent taste and quality of drinks.

  6. Monitor stock levels of tea leaves, milk, syrups, and toppings and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.

  7. Provide friendly customer service, take orders when required, and assist customers with drink choices.

  8. Follow food safety standards and company guidelines while preparing and serving beverages.

Note: Duty Hour: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM. Candidates who have completed a Barista internship and have knowledge of boba tea making are encouraged to apply.
