Job Description

Job Summary:

A Yango Bike Rider is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services to customers through the Yango platform. The rider ensures professional customer service, follows traffic and safety regulations, maintains the motorcycle in good condition, and manages daily trips efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver customer orders safely and on time.

  2. Follow company-assigned routes and delivery procedures.

  3. Maintain and update necessary delivery records and details.

  4. Maintain polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication.

  5. Ensure proper care, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of the motorcycle.

  6. Follow all traffic, safety, and company regulations during deliveries.

  7. Assist with loading and unloading goods when required and perform duties according to company policies and instructions.

Note:

Moto Meter Nepal – Salary

Salary from September

  • 5 trips: Salary – NPR 5,000 (Bonus), Cash Collection – NPR 500 per day, Duty Hours – 2 hours.

  • 10 trips: Salary – NPR 10,000 (Bonus), Cash Collection – NPR 1,000 per day, Duty Hours – 4 hours.

  • 14 trips: Salary – NPR 14,000 (Bonus), Cash Collection – NPR 1,400 per day, Duty Hours – 6 hours.

  • 18 trips: Salary – NPR 18,000 (Bonus), Cash Collection – NPR 1,800 per day, Duty Hours – 7 hours.

  • 22 trips: Salary – NPR 22,000 (Bonus), Cash Collection – NPR 2,200 per day, Duty Hours – 9 hours.

  • 26 trips: Salary – NPR 26,000 (Bonus), Cash Collection – NPR 2,600 per day, Duty Hours – 11 hours.

  • 30 trips: Salary – NPR 35,000 (Bonus), Cash Collection – NPR 3,500 per day, Duty Hours – 11 hours.

  • 35 trips: Salary – NPR 40,000 (Bonus), Cash Collection – NPR 4,000 per day, Duty Hours – 11–12 hours.

    Full-Time Package

    Target: 30–35 trips

    Salary: 25,000–30,000

    Benefits: Food, accommodation, and vehicle provided by the company

    Daily Cash Collection: 3,500–4,000 per day

    Duty: Full-time
