Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pick up and drop off passengers safely and on time.

  2. Follow assigned trips and the most efficient routes.

  3. Ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional riding experience for passengers.

  4. Comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

  5. Maintain the assigned motorcycle in clean and good working condition.

  6. Verify trip details through the ride-sharing application before starting each ride.

  7. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking when needed.

  8. Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues to the company immediately.

  9. Maintain a professional attitude and provide courteous customer service.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: As per Company Policy

    Working Days: 7 Days a Week

    Candidates must be willing to work across Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur locations.
