  1. होटलमा आउने अतिथिहरूलाई स्वागत गर्ने र उनीहरूको सामान (लगेज) बोकेर सहयोग गर्ने

  2. अतिथिहरूलाई कोठासम्म पुर्‍याउने र होटलका सेवा सुविधाबारे जानकारी दिने

  3. अतिथिहरूको सामान सुरक्षित रूपमा कोठासम्म पुर्‍याउने

  4. आवश्यक परे अतिथिहरूलाई ट्याक्सी, यातायात वा अन्य सेवा उपलब्ध गराउन सहयोग गर्ने

  5. होटलको प्रवेशद्वार तथा लबी क्षेत्रमा सरसफाइ र व्यवस्थित वातावरण कायम राख्ने

  6. अतिथिहरूको अनुरोध अनुसार सामान्य सहयोग प्रदान गर्ने

  7. होटलका नियम तथा अनुशासन पालना गर्ने

  8. व्यावसायिक, विनम्र र शिष्ट व्यवहार प्रदर्शन गर्ने
