Job Description

  1. Plan and deliver practical and theory sessions covering the full beauty therapy curriculum

  2. Demonstrate techniques clearly on live models and guide students through replicating them

  3. Assess students on both their knowledge and their hands-on execution, written tests alone are not enough

  4. Track student progress, identify who needs extra support, and step in before problems compound

  5. Prepare students for internship and employment, covering professional conduct, client communication and what overseas employers actually expect

  6. Keep teaching content current with international industry standards, not just local practice

  7. A beauty therapy or cosmetology qualification from an internationally recognised institution - Australia, the UK, Europe, the UAE, India or anywhere with a credible beauty education system

  8. 1–2 years of professional experience in beauty therapy or a related field after completing your qualification

  9. The ability and confidence to teach (you do not need a formal teaching certificate, but you must be comfortable leading a group, demonstrating live, giving direct feedback and holding students to a standard)

  10. Good English communication skills
