Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers according to standard recipes.

  2. Greet and interact with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations.

  4. Monitor customer consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with regulations.

  5. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and notify management of shortages.

  6. Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records.

  7. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service and ensure customer satisfaction.

  8. Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and techniques to enhance the bar menu.
