Job Description

  1. Train bartenders in drink preparation and service standards

  2. Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops

  3. Develop and maintain training manuals and SOPs

  4. Monitor drink quality and presentation

  5. Evaluate bartender performance and provide feedback

  6. Teach mixology, cocktail recipes, and garnishing

  7. Ensure compliance with health and alcohol regulations

  8. Train on customer service and upselling techniques

  9. Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new drinks

  10. Mentor and guide team members for growth

    Note: Duty hour : 48 hour a week , 2 days holiday in a week
