Job Description

  1. Deliver classroom and hands-on training in bartending, including mixology, spirits knowledge, cocktail presentation, and bar hygiene.

  2. Demonstrate proper techniques for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

  3. Teach customer service best practices, cash handling, and responsible alcohol service.

  4. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assessments.

  5. Evaluate student performance through assignments, skill demonstrations, and exams.

  6. Stay up-to-date with trends in mixology and bar operations and incorporate them into the curriculum.

  7. Maintain cleanliness and order in the training bar area.

  8. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students.

  9. Assist with organizing events, live bar simulations, and industry visits.

    Time: 9AM-6PM
