Job Description

The ideal candidate have be versatile in preparing a variety of beverages, from expertly crafted coffee drinks to signature cocktails. You will create memorable guest experiences by ensuring quality, presentation, and exceptional service in our bar and café area.


Key Responsibilities

Bartender Duties:

  1. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
  2. Maintain an updated knowledge of classic and signature cocktails.
  3. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar, including tools and inventory.
  4. Manage bar stock, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  5. Interact with guests, recommend drinks, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  6. Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.

Barista Duties:

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.
  2. Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment and ensure quality control.
  3. Create appealing latte art and presentation for specialty coffee drinks.
  4. Keep the café station clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  5. Educate guests on coffee varieties, blends, and brewing methods.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to create unique beverage offerings.
  • Assist in cross-functional duties during peak hours, such as taking orders or serving.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Follow hotel standards for grooming, hygiene, and customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years as a bartender, barista, or similar role in a hospitality setting.
  • Education: Diploma or certification in hospitality or food & beverage is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee-making techniques.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • Attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation.
    • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Other: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
