Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, tea, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.

  2. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar, coffee station, and surrounding work areas.

  3. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and bar equipment efficiently and safely.

  4. Create and present drinks with appealing presentation, following standard recipes and customer preferences.

  5. Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.

  6. Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and inform management of shortages or equipment issues.

  7. Handle cash, operate POS systems, and process transactions accurately.

  8. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations at all times.

  9. Work efficiently during peak hours and maintain a high level of service under pressure.

    Note:

    Duty Time: 8-9 Hours.

    Faciliities:  Only Food, Dashain Bonus.
