Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requests. Bartender

  2. Collect beverages and supplies from the storeroom and ensure correct stock handling as per requisitions. Bartender

  3. Maintain bar stock levels (par stock) and report any shortages or discrepancies to the manager. Bartender

  4. Ensure cleanliness of the bar area, including fridges, storage areas, glassware, and mise-en-place. Bartender

  5. Follow all hygiene and safety standards while handling, preparing, and serving beverages. Bartender

  6. Ensure security of beverage stock using proper key control and storage procedures. Bartender

  7. Monitor guests’ beverage consumption responsibly and stop serving when required. Bartender

  8. Promote upselling through professional guest interaction and provide excellent customer service.

Duty hour- 9 hour
