Job Description

  1. Serve beverages and food to customers efficiently and courteously.

  2. Prepare and mix drinks as per menu and customer requests.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and dining area.

  4. Take and process customer orders accurately.

  5. Handle billing and payment procedures.

  6. Assist in daily closing activities and cash reconciliation.

  7. Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth service.

  8. Work evening shifts with one designated day off per week.

---Duty hour 2 pm to 10:30 pm
