Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks.

  2. Maintain knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and presentation standards.

  3. Suggest drinks to guests based on preferences.

  4. Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene/safety standards.

  5. Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages.

  6. Track daily bar inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies.

  7. Create a lively and engaging bar atmosphere.


Duty hours – 8 hours (shift-wise)
