Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and quality

  2. Recommend drinks and suggest pairings to complement food menu items

  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times

  4. Follow standard recipes and restaurant beverage preparation guidelines

  5. Greet and engage guests warmly, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit

  6. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service flow

  7. Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as necessary and informing management of shortages

  8. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards for all bar equipment and surfaces

  9. Operate POS system, process payments, and reconcile cash drawer at shift end

  10. Observe guest behavior and follow responsible alcohol service practices
