Job Description
  1. Kept detailed inventories and notified management of ordering needs for liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies.

  2. Developed new signature cocktails to support the bar's marketing brand and increase profits.

  3. Ensured alcoholic beverages were well-stocked and organized to meet expected demands.

  4. Developed a drink menu with creative cocktails, contemporary wines, and craft beers.
